Returns & Refund Policy – WishRose

At WishRose, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of live plants, our Returns & Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

 

1. No Returns on Live Plants

  • Live plants cannot be returned once delivered.

  • Minor transit stress such as wilting or yellowing of leaves is natural and does not qualify as damage.

2. Damaged or Defective Plants

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify WishRose within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the plant and outer packaging

After verification, WishRose may offer:

  • A replacement plant, or

  • A partial or full refund, at our discretion

3. Wrong or Missing Items

  • In case of incorrect or missing items, contact WishRose within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

  • Verified cases will be resolved through replacement or refund.

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.

6. Undelivered / Returned Orders

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, non-availability of the customer, or refusal to accept delivery may incur re-shipping charges.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will exclude shipping fees.

7. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

WishRose does not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Delivery delays beyond our control

  • Improper plant care after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Natural variations in plant size, color, or appearance

8. Plant Care Responsibility

  • Once delivered, plant care becomes the customer’s responsibility.

  • We strongly recommend following the care instructions provided with your order.

9. Policy Changes

WishRose reserves the right to modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
